An On-Line Fundraiser for Let There Be Mom

What we're doing:

Stephanie and I have tremendously enjoyed Scrapping From the Heart, the crops we've had, and most of the all the wonderful ladies we've met through our hobby of scrapbooking.  While we would love to continue hosting fund-raising events, life has taken its hold, and we both find ourselves busier than we'd like.  It's with great sadness that we announce that we are closing Scrapping From the Heart, Inc. after one last fundraiser.

Thanks to all of you who have attended our events and helped us to raise the money we did for Safe Homes, Bethlehem Center, Divinity Care, Spartanburg Humane Society, SOAR Academy, and Greer Relief and Resources.  We appreciate each and every one of you and hope to see you at local crops and of course the local stores!

After making the decision to close the nonprofit, we had to decide what to do with the remaining donations still on hand.  There are some great items left to be had, so it was agreed we'd have an on-line fundraiser.  As always, all monies raised, less any expenses we might incur, will go directly to the charity.

We have chosen as our recipient Let There Be Mom.  Here is an excerpt from their web site describing their wonderful organization and what they offer:

Let There Be Mom was created to help moms when they, or their child's father, are diagnosed with a life threatening illness by preserving the legacy of the ailing parent.  We are here to assist moms in preserving the traditions their families have started, the memories they have made and the hopes and dreams they have for their children.   We hope that each mom & dad that we work with make a full recovery, however in the event that one of them is taken from this earth, Let There Be Mom will have helped them leave something for their children to embrace.

Our teams of volunteers also step in to help alleviate some of life’s everyday stresses.  This allows Let There Be Mom families time to focus on their health and on creating more memories.

Please join us as we work to help this great organization.  As you look through the pages of items, you will see what we feel are fair asking prices. Unless otherwise noted, there is only 1 available of the items. Be sure to read the ordering instructions carefully as well as the shipping policy.  We will take orders on a first-come-first-served basis going by the time that your order was submitted via e-mail to scrappingfromtheheart.sptbg@yahoo.com.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via the e-mail address listed.

Thank you once again for helping Scrapping From the Heart help others in our community!
